This post focuses only on changes to Wonderment related to the Loop product integration. Other updates, feature improvements, or enhancements are not included here.
Keeping You in the Loop
At Wonderment, we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way as Wonderment and Loop join forces. Our goal is to communicate frequently and clearly about what’s changing, when it’s happening, and how it impacts you. The Wonderment product and engineering teams you're used to are continuing to work on Wonderment, with additional support and resources from Loop. We want to ensure every update makes your experience with Wonderment—and Loop—better than ever.
What Changed in December
In mid-December, we updated Wonderment’s dashboard to align its design with Loop’s UI. No functionality was changed—only the visual styling of Wonderment's interface.
What’s Coming Next
1. Single Login for Wonderment and Loop
- When: In the coming weeks.
- What’s changing:
- Wonderment’s login will merge with Loop’s login system.
- If you’re only a Wonderment customer, nothing changes for you except the appearance of the login screen.
- If you’re a customer of both platforms, you’ll only need one login to access everything.
- If you use Wonderment two-factor or multi-factor authentication (2FA/MFA), you’ll need to set up your 2FA/MFA codes again after the update.
2. Linked Navigation for Seamless Access
- Once the logins are merged, there will also be a navigation element to move between Wonderment and Loop.
- This will make it easier for customers who use Wonderment and Loop to move between them.
3. Combined Billing Systems
- Later in 2025, Wonderment and Loop will combine billing systems so that customers can receive one bill for both systems.
Looking Ahead to 2025
What else will the Wonderment team be working on in 2025?
- Improved Delivery Promise: The Wonderment team will continue to work on Delivery Promise and iterate on our pre-purchase features.
- Improved Experiences: Updates will focus on improving the experience and integrations for merchants across both platforms.
- Stronger Together: Loop and Wonderment will continue to work better together than as standalone products.
- Wonderment Stands Strong: Wonderment will remain a vibrant and growing standalone product for Shopify merchants.
