As we approach Q4 and the busy holiday season, Wonderment has been hard at work making improvements to ensure your experience is smoother, faster, and more powerful than ever. We've rolled out a series of updates across our platform, designed to help you stay ahead of the game as we hit the peak season.
1. New Analytics Summaries on the Homepage
Our homepage now features brand-new Analytics summaries to keep you informed at a glance. The new reporting cards provide insights into key metrics like:
- Shipment volume
- Shipping errors
- Tracking page performance
Each card displays both the rate and trend information, helping you quickly spot changes and address issues before they grow. With this real-time reporting, you can stay in control of your shipping performance during the busiest times. More dashboard will offer this rate and performance data in the next few days.
2. Redesigned Shipments Dashboard
We've given the Shipments Dashboard a makeover! The cleaner, simpler interface makes it easier to navigate and find the information you need. All of the same features and tools are available, with an easier to read layout.
In addition to the new design, we've added new date filter options. Now, you can filter your shipments by ETA Date, giving you greater flexibility to analyze your data exactly how you want it. The Wonderfilter AI also supports all of these new date filters and features.
3. Faster Fulfillment and Delivery Time Reporting
We've upgraded how we handle fulfillment and delivery time reporting. Data is now pulled directly from our data warehouse, meaning your reports will load in just a few seconds, even for the largest stores on Shopify. No more long waits.
4. Improved Carrier Support and Error Detection
As part of our Q4 prep, we’ve significantly enhanced our carrier support, error detection, and automatic resolution systems. You can count on smoother carrier integration and faster identification and resolution of issues. These enhancements will ensure your shipments flow without disruption, even as your volume increases.
5. Faster Platform Speed for Peak Season
We’ve invested heavily in improving the overall speed and performance of the Wonderment platform. Whether it's loading dashboards, running reports, or tracking orders, everything is now faster. We know how important speed and reliability are during peak season, so we’ve ensured our platform is ready to handle your highest volumes without missing a beat.
