Wonderment and Junip integration

Junip is officially integrated with Wonderment! 🎉

Junip is the leader in capturing reviews for products worth talking about working with over 3,000 brands including shared Wonderment customers like Jones Road Beauty, Baboon to the Moon, Soft Services, & Kinder Beauty.

Using Wonderment and Junip together is a critical part of reaching customers at the right time when they’re most likely to leave a review.

Junip x Wonderment - How it Works

When you integrate Wonderment & Junip, we unlock two things.

Accurate Review Timing ⏰

Nothing is more frustrating to a customer than when a review request comes through before they even have the product.

When active, you can leverage Wonderment’s data to automatically mark packages as delivered in Shopify, even if it's not a carrier normally supported by Shopify. Junip reads this event to determine eligibility for reviews. This means you’ll be leveraging the most up-to-date delivery data plus ensuring you support all of the shipping carriers that you work with.

Wonderment Junip Set Up

Once active, Junip users can configure their eligibility sequence to work off the Shopify delivered event, shown above.

This is a big improvement in the overall process as you can see before flows were triggered off a "fulfillment" event meaning a review request may have been sent out prior to delivery.

You can also add a delay after delivery so the customer can try the product out, and this way you're certain of them having it.

Another added perk is that by leveraging Wonderment’s delivery data to trigger review requests, you can also account for events like stalled or delayed shipments, ensuring that no request goes out to a customer who doesn’t have their package.

Level up your tracking page 🚀

In addition to triggering accurate review requests, this integration enables you to add a review request block to your branded order tracking page once an order has been marked as delivered.

This means that your tracking page will only display the review request prompt once Wonderment marks the package as delivered.

Your review prompt knows who the customer is & what products they ordered.

When a customer submits a review, the review is verified - meaning it can be used across all the channels that matter, including on-site (PDP, homepage, dedicated reviews page), Google Shopping, Rich Snippets & more.

Setting this up takes only a matter of minutes and more information can be found in our help center

Note: This integration requires tracking pages that are built through the Shopify Theme Editor. For help migrating from the legacy tracking page, just reach out.
